Become a Career Mentor
The Lethbridge Family Services, Career Mentorship Program matches local professionals and internationally educated newcomers who share similar professional and/or educational backgrounds.
Do you want to become a leader and give back to your professional community? Are you interested in connecting one-on-one with a mentee in your professional or educational background? Do you remember what it was like getting your career started?
You can become a pivotal piece in helping to build the networks and provide mentorship to help immigrant professionals understand your industry.
Mentorship is a knowledge-sharing relationship. The person seeking information and advice is the mentee, and the person with experience is the mentor. You will have the opportunity to share your passion, knowledge, and experience, over a period of time, suitable to you.
