Mentors Needed for Immigrant Services Career Mentorship Program
The Career Mentorship Program brings foreign-trained professionals and established Canadian professionals together. Great Mentors share their experience, knowledge, and connections to assist Mentees in getting established within their field.

Often what Mentees need are the local insights and access to professional networks that a one-on-one connection with a local mentor can offer. Over 85% of our Mentors say they enhanced their leadership, coaching, and intercultural competency skills. 100% developed an appreciation for the skills and assets that newcomers can bring to employers.
Mentors are:
Familiar with the Canadian workplace
Established in their profession
Connected to professional and or business networks
Good interpersonal communicators
Available 4 hours a month for 4-6 months
