Lethbridge Sport Council, Recreation Excellence Lethbridge, and Lethbridge Family Services Immigrant Services will host a women and girls only swim program.

This program will provide a safe and designated space for women and girls the opportunity to participate in active recreation and learn how to swim, when they may not otherwise be able to do so.

The program is targeted to those new to Canada, but is open to any women and girls who are interested. As part of the program, participants can also join a 'Learn to Float' water safety lesson for those who want to improve their confidence in the water.

The first 35 participants will receive free admission. For those arriving after the first 35 participants, there will be a $4 fee. Boys 5 years and under will be permitted.
