Community Helpers is an Alberta Health Services program offered to adults who are helpful, caring, and supportive to the youth in their lives. Join us for a day of learning and discussion to enhance your skills and comfort with topics such as:
Helping as a process
Understanding suicide
Mental health awareness
Available for adults 18 and over.
