The focus of this service is to provide educational information, discussion, and non-judgmental listening to foster a reconnection to your own insight and resilience.
Personal growth groups are tailored to the needs of the participants, therefore the length of the group and session can vary. Typically, personal growth groups are 4 to 6 sessions in length, with each group session 1 to 2 hours in duration. Personal growth groups may be offered in the daytime or evening, and are available in person.
