Chantelle completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2023. During her practicum, Chantelle gained experience working with adults with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addictions. Chantelle practices from a person-centred, strength-based approach with the perspective that clients are the experts in their own lives. Chantelle uses several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, and play-based strategies. Chantelle enjoys spending time with family, reading, and swimming in her spare time.
