Please note that Lethbridge Family Services does not provide tax services. However, you may be eligible to have your taxes filed for free through our community partners. Please contact the organizations below for more information.

• No appointment needed, tax clinic is in client resource room. 

You will need:
  • Your personal/government identification.
  • Your Social Insurance Number (SIN).
  • Notice of Assessment (if you have completed your taxes in the past).
Take all slips applicable to you or your family. Some examples include:
  • T4: Statement of Employment Income (you may have more than one) .
  • T4A: Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income.
  • T4E: Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits.
  • T5007: Statement of Benefits.
Bring your receipts of:
  • Medical expenses (prescriptions, receipts of medical procedures done).
  • Charitable donations.
  • Child care expenses (daycare expenses).
  • T2202A: Tuition and Enrolment Certificate.
