Take all slips applicable to you or your family. Some examples include:

T4A: Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income.

T4E: Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits.

T5007: Statement of Benefits.
Bring your receipts of:

Medical expenses (prescriptions, receipts of medical procedures done).

Charitable donations.

Child care expenses (daycare expenses).

T2202A: Tuition and Enrolment Certificate.
