We offer a variety of services which include: individual, couples and family counselling, group counselling, educational presentations, training/workshops, personal growth groups and individual education.

Our Certified Health Care Aides provide in-home supports to enable seniors, individuals with physical disabilities, acute, and the chronically ill or terminally ill to remain in their home for as long as possible.

Our newcomer services provide support while you and your family adapt to your new life in Lethbridge, from help finding your first home in Canada to getting your kids registered in school.

We assist adults with disabilities (developmental, FASD and brain injury) to develop skills and relationships that enhance their well-being, independence, and connectivity to the community.
